I became licensed in 1979 in Pennsylvania. Attending Financial Estate Institute in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania for licensing requirements. I sold residential properties and commercial land over 20 acres. I was dealing with gas, air and oil rights within the Association. Relocated to Florida in 1988 and became licensed in 1998 after completing 2 years at UCF and IFREC for the Florida license requirements. I have been selling in the River Ranch, FL area for over 20 years. Specializing in single family homes, condos, residential lots with mobile homes and RV lots.
